Physical health

Ensure that you continue to consume a healthy and balanced diet. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. You can have them during snack time too. Hydrate throughout the day and avoid consuming too much caffeine.

Be sure to engage in some form of physical activity or exercise too. You could do push-ups or sit-ups when indoors. If you have a garden, you could try other forms of exercise such as skipping, jogging, playing sport, etc. Keeping active is not just good for your body but for your mind too as exercise releases endorphins.
