You may experience eye strain if you spend many hours continuously looking at a glaring screen. Take a few minutes’ break to look away from your screen. Do this at regular intervals.
If possible, go for a short walk and enjoy a change of scenery. You could also close your eyes for a few seconds to give them a little rest.
