What makes squats so super?

Squats are great because you can do them anytime, anywhere.

Sometimes when it’s been a crazy day, and I know I need to get in some form of exercise but I only have a few minutes to spare, I stand in front of the TV and just do a couple of squats.

They’re powerful and easy to do â?? once you get the basic move right.

You could try doing the same if you’re pressed for time or just starting out. Aim to do about three sets with five to 15 repetitions in each set.

Bonus: If you want to work your arms at the same time, use a pair of weights to shed extra calories.
