Go for walks, do some gardening or play sport. Your choices are endless. Remember to always wear comfortable shoes when moving about as this can help prevent possible injury.

It may not always be possible to go to the gym. If so, don’t stress. There are many exercises to engage in from home. Find interesting ways to keep your physical activity levels up, even if it means doubling up on doing the household chores. After all, you burn more calories and lose more weight if you increase your daily activity.
