Are you starting to need support garments for your face? Facial muscles can be toned with exercise, improving the appearance of the face. Lie on a bed with your knees up and feet flat, with your head and neck hanging over the side. Counting to 5, bring your chin to your chest, open your mouth and stick your jaw out as much as possible. Hold this position for 5 counts. Let your head fall back again, whilst holding your jaw in position. Hold for another 5, and then relax. Do 5 sets.
