Get children into good habits to prevent back pain later in life:

  • A schoolbag should be carried over both shoulders, ideally use a backpack.

  • Don’t do homework slouched on a bed or couch, but rather sitting with good posture at a desk

  • Never sit in the same position for more than 1 hour.
