Consume a healthy diet

Consume a nutritious and balanced diet that is packed with nutrients. These nutrients (such as vitamin C and K) can be attained from eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Try to include a variety of green and yellow vegetables as often as possible. Foods that are high in antioxidants can also support bone and your overall health as you age.

Vitamin D also supports healthy bones. Don’t forget to include sources of protein and calcium too!
