The bottom line is that breakfast is an important meal, because it sets up your body to be productive and fully functional for the day. Skipping it is a huge mistake. So if you can’t face the idea of EATING anything, then you need to DRINK something instead.

A whey protein shake is a great substitute for a heavy meal early in the morning. Quick to prepare, easy to ‘down’ and high in nutrition. Protein fills you up, provides some energy, and gets your metabolism working. It also keeps you feeling full until lunch time. These are all important things to have going on.

So if you haven’t been eating breakfast, then you need to go out and get a shake in a flavour you enjoy, and start using it. It’ll change the way you feel and operate throughout the day, and it may also help you lose some weight, too.
