The struggle to stay fit when stuck at home is real, especially if you live in a small home or apartment. Thankfully, there are loads of workouts online.
Here’s a fun 15-minute walking workout that you could do with the whole family – kids need exercise too.
If you don’t have uncapped Internet connection and don’t want to use all your data, try marching on the spot while watching TV.
Add in some side steps, walk forward and back, top taps forward and back and some squats to keep it fresh and get your heart rate up.
