Engage in physical activity

Stay active by engaging in physical activity even during times of anxiety. Regular exercise is great – not just for your physical health, but for your emotional health too.

Do activities that you enjoy. Play tennis or another sport, ride a bicycle or simply go for a run. Work out indoors or outdoors – whatever your preference is, do it. Just stay active!
