Me-time

Being a new mother can feel very overwhelming for many women. Ask a loved one to take care of the baby for a while so that you can have some ‘me-time’. Taking this time out for yourself can energise you and give you the rest you may need.

Do something you enjoy – read a book, go for a walk, take a bubble bath or catch up on sleep if you need to. You will feel revived thereafter.
