Everybody faces some degree of stress from time to time. It could be work, financial or even relationship related, amongst other things.

It is important to manage your stress levels adequately so that you are able to cope better when placed in difficult situations. This will in effect help you to stay productive. Here are some suggestions on how to de-stress.

De-stress by taking a walk

A change of atmosphere can be a helpful way to reduce your stress levels, especially if you work in an office or are indoors all day.

Walking is a form of exercise. It will increase blood circulation and release endorphins, the feel-good hormones. This can help to improve your mood and leave you feeling more refreshed and energised to handle the challenges of the rest of the day.
