The Little Things That Make a Big Difference’ is an article series outlining weight loss and diet interventions that may seem insignificant, but can make a huge difference to the success of your diet plan.

Be responsible for your own choices

When all is said and done, no-one is going to take responsibility for how your life ends up but you. Regardless of how your parents raised you, what you do for a living, and your friendship circle, you’re THE ONLY ONE who has to live with your choices.

So take responsibility NOW.

Don’t let other people influence what you eat if you know there’s a better option. Don’t let lazy people tell you that exercise is unnecessary. Get as strong as you can be. Don’t stay awake all night watching TV when you know you need to sleep. And take the supplements you believe in based on your experience. Drink enough water. Don’t spend too much time in the sun. Go for walks often. Relax. Don’t always think about work.
