Nuts

Nuts make a great snack with the least of effort required. Consider creating a little mix of your favourite nuts. Not only will you get a small variety of different nutrients but you will also enjoy the subtle difference in taste. Create a combination that works for you.

Fruit salad

Nothing better to snack on on a hot day than a refreshing fruit salad. Slice or chop a few of your favourite fruits together and mix in a bowl. Opt not to remove the peel from fruits such as apples as they contain valuable nutrients and also add flavour as well as texture to the salad.

Celery and cheese

Celery is well known as a vegetable that supports one’s weight-loss efforts. It is very low in calories, is loaded with water and fibre – a fabulous nutrient for weight loss.
