4.     20-Minute meals

Every meal you eat should take twenty minutes or more. Why? Because eating slowly allows your brain the time to decide when you’ve had enough – if you listen to this signal, you won’t overeat. You’ll also chew your food more thoroughly this way, making digestion more efficient. So make every meal, and even every snack last a minimum of twenty minutes.

5.     Eat less sugar

And this includes other sweeteners, too. Sugar is loaded with empty calories which usually end up as fat on your waistline. But the real issue with sugar is it makes your blood-sugar rise and fall, making you tired and irritable, and leaves you wanting to eat more sugar-filled foods. Don’t do it.
