Take a time-out

Everyone needs a break from time to time. Respect yourself enough and take some time out when you need it. Treat yourself to something you enjoy – spend some time in nature, go to a spa, indulge in your favourite dessert, go to the cinema or wherever you feel relaxed. Enjoy this time for yourself.
