Just say ‘NO’

Don’t feel ashamed to say ‘no’ to someone if you already have too many tasks to complete. Some of us are ‘people-pleasers’. Are you one of them?

While it is good to help others whenever we can, we must also be careful not to overload ourselves as this could make us feel overwhelmed. Do not feel guilty in saying ‘no’ if you are unable to take on more.
