It is important to take care of yourself if you are feeling overwhelmed

Many people, especially women, feel overwhelmed at some point in their lives. They may have so many different types of task to do on a daily basis and this could cause stress. Traumatic life experiences or relationship problems could also leave one feeling overwhelmed.

Sometimes you need to put yourself first. It is okay to do so!

Here are some suggestions that may help offer you relief from feeling overwhelmed or help prevent it in the future.

Make a list

Making a list of all the things that you have to get done can help relieve feelings of overwhelm. Prioritise and do the most important things first. Once done, tick or strike it off the list. You will feel a sense of accomplishment as you go down the list.
