Drink water

You can limit your risk of experiencing constipation if you are adequately hydrated. Skip the fizzy and sugary drinks and drink water throughout the course of the day instead. Add ice cubes, lemon slices or any other fruit if you are feeling bored with tap water. Make water your favourite drink of choice!

You can experience discomfort when constipated. See your doctor if you cannot seem to find any relief from it.
