Is your clothing too tight?

Avoid buying clothes that are too small for you. Wearing clothes that are too tight is a common cause of cramping.

Always ensure that your clothes not just make you feel and look great but that they are comfortable too! This applies to nightwear as well.  Changing into items that are more comfortable can offer you some relief.

Always see your doctor if you are unable to find any relief for leg cramps.
