Protect your eyes from the sun’s rays

Too much exposure to the sun can cause eye dryness and increase one’s risk of developing other eye conditions. Be sure to wear sunglasses when you are exposed to the harmful rays of the sun. If possible, also wear a wide brimmed hat or use an umbrella when outdoors for long periods of time.
