Increase your daily step count and watch the weight disappear faster.

Increasing your daily step count beyond what your normal amount is, can help you to burn more calories. Keep doing this and you may find the weight dropping off sooner than you had expected it to.

Track your steps

It can be relatively easy to track the number of steps that you take daily. There are applications that you can download onto your cellular phone, fitness trackers that can be bought or you could even use a simple pedometer. Use the one that you feel is best for you, taking cost as well as comfort whilst walking into consideration.

Create a step goal for yourself and do your best to meet it. Once you have achieved it and are still comfortable, consider increasing your goal gradually.
