Berries such as strawberries and blueberries are delicious and colourful options to include in this recipe, however you can choose whichever fruits you prefer.

What to do

You have the option to either blend the fruit into the yoghurt or add it in its whole form. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for a yummy treat.

This makes a great dessert, snack or treat that can be enjoyed any time of day. It is a great way to cool you down on a hot day. Best of all is that it is lower in calories than most other desserts!
