Physical health

Take care of your body simply by following a healthy diet and a routine exercise plan.

Eat a balanced diet that is loaded with nutrients and mineral substances. Include a variety of fresh fruit and other healthy sources of fibre. Avoid processed meats and opt for lean, less fatty cuts of meat. Junk foods should also be limited as they contain excess sugar and sometimes artificial substances which may not be good for you.

Be sure to exercise regularly too. It is generally recommended that you exercise for about 30 min, five to seven times a week. Find exercises or activities that you enjoy if the gym is not for you. Be sure to dress appropriately in order to minimise possible injury.
