Don’t forget about hydration

Hydration is important so be sure to always carry a filled water bottle around with you. This doesn’t only have to be when you are out on errands, but when you are travelling too – especially long distances. Take sips regularly to keep yourself hydrated. You will feel refreshed and energised too!

Always opt to drink water instead of high-calorie, sweetened beverages. Not only is it healthier for you, but it is usually cheaper and much more easily available than most other beverages.
