This plump, raw turkey is actually a cake! British baking genius Sarah Hardy created the horrifyingly beautiful sweet treat…

She’s become famous on Instagram for her business, The Edible Museum, where she makes some of the most weird and wonderful confectionary we’ve ever seen. From ‘worms’ and ‘beating hearts’ to toads, teeth, and other critters, Hardy’s horrors both revolt and delight.

The turkey cake in the video above even fooled her own family who complained that the raw ‘meat’ had been placed amongst the Christmas delicacies! Only to find that it was actually an exquisite citrus drizzle sponge cake in disguise!
