“This was my life during pregnancy! A few minutes on the mat… just focused on the present!… If you haven’t experienced & explored the #Malsana posture… you’re missing out! This posture was EVERYTHING during my pregnancy! Look at the benefits: Opens up your hips and groin – Stretches your ankles, lower hamstrings, neck and Back – Tones your abs – Helps with digestion – Strengthens your metabolism – Keeps your pelvic & hip joints flexible and healthy – ideal for prenatal yoga. Did I tell you that #Yoga is the key to your healthy pregnancy?” she wrote on Instagram.
