Jennifer Lopez

J.Lo took on Marco Borges’ ‘22-day vegan challenge’ in 2019 and lost five kilograms. It was not the first time she had tried the vegan diet. She went vegan after giving birth to her twins, Max and Emme.

“It was a real change, but more than that I felt better and people were like ‘Your energy’s better’,” she said in an interview with Extra.

The singer is no longer vegan but enjoyed following the challenge and reaping the benefits.

Jenna Dewan

Actress Jenna Dewan used a vegan diet to help shed her baby weight after giving birth to her daughter Everly Tatum in 2013. She is currently pregnant with her second child.

Jenna started out as a vegetarian but switched to veganism for health and ethical reasons.

“I consider eating healthy a way of life because I feel better, plain and simple,” she told People. “… I also choose to eat plant-based foods because not only is it healthy and yummy, but I feel ethically right. We have become so off-balance with our animal consumption. Even one meatless meal a week helps!” she told People magazine in an interview.
