Sophie Ndaba-Lichaba

A 2018 report claimed that actress Sophie Ndaba was on the verge of losing her Featherbrooke Estate mansion after failing to keep up with the payments. The monthly bond on the R2,2 million home was reportedly around R22 347. Sophie clarified that she had been renting the home and the tenants had failed to pay their monthly rent into her bond account for several months.

The luxury mansion is not the only house Sophie owns. Her businessman husband Max Lichacha bought her a brand new mansion in April 2019.

“It’s such a great feeling as Man to buy your Wife her dream Home. She said “this is where I want to live ” this is the house I want. I obliged. She deserves it!! Anything for my amazing Wife. She treats Me like a King after all,” he wrote on Instagram.

Boity

Boity Thulo forked out R4 million on a mansion in 2016. She bought the house to celebrate her 26th birthday.

“Never in my wildest, most far-fetched dreams did I ever think that God would do more for me than what I prayed for. I am constantly left gobsmacked at how God continues to shows off His Love through my life. This wasn’t a part of the plan but here I am, able to gift myself with a house at the age of 26. I am in complete AWE. To God Be The Glory. Always and Forever,” she wrote.
