Sho Madjozi meeting John Cena was a moment that put a smile on people’s faces around the world

This week the wrestler has taken a moment to speak about how her single has affected his career.

John Cena’s illustrious career received an untimely popularity boost when Sho Madjozi decided to name her new single after him. The song, which talks about a lover who disappears (playing on John’s signature “You Can’t See Me” trademark), has gone viral in a matter of months since it debuted on Sho Madjozi’s Colors performance.

The song has swept the world and the only thing we’ve enjoyed seeing more than its success is Sho’s face when she got to meet her favourite wrestler for the first time.

She’s not the only one enjoying the single’s success, either

John has been doing press tours and when he took a moment to speak to television host Lilly Singh, he revealed exactly what went down when he heard the song for the first time and the backlash that he had to resist from his WWE management team.

John revealed that he was advised to take legal action against Sho for using his name for commercial benefit.

John has spoken glowingly about Sho Madjozi and South Africa in general.
