Faf’s SA flag ‘speedos’ are famous all over the world
The Springbok scrum-half made headlines shortly after South Africa beat England at the finals for greeting Prince Harry in the swimwear.
Springbok physiotherapist, Rene Nyalor, can be heard in a video captured during the moment telling Faf to put on his shorts.
@Rene_Naylor Oh this was too priceless 😂😂😂 All I can hear is you telling Faf “shorts”…”shorts” 😂😂😂 Too late I’m afraid 🤦🏼♀️ Too funny for words! #MomMoment #RWC2019 #fafdeklerk When Faf meets Prince Harry in a South African budgie-smuggler 🇿🇦😂😂 pic.twitter.com/4byL8Q2Mz2

Social media users found the moment hilarious.
“You can be cool, but you’ll never be Faf @Springboks shaking Prince Harry’s hand in a SA underpants cool!!!” one Twitter user wrote.
Another added: “Faf de Klerk meeting Prince Harry in his South Africa jocks is the best moment of 2019. #RWCFinal #RWC2019 #springboks.”
