Polluted air holds irritants

Air that is polluted carries irritants with it. These irritants are detrimental to one’s health, especially if the individual is exposed to them on a daily or regular basis.

Some common examples of irritants in the air include dust, chemical odours, tobacco smoke etc. Irritants in the air often aggravate one’s throat, eyes or nose. Sometimes, people may even experience mild to severe headaches and dizziness.

Long-term exposure could lead to more serious health conditions, including cancer and respiratory conditions such as asthma.
