What most of the science can agree on is a general diet that contributes to a long and healthy life.
The answer is simple: Eat five to nine servings of diversely coloured vegetables every day (for antioxidants) and top that up with some olive oil, fish, and berries every few days to get your fill of all the vitamins, minerals and fibre that your body needs to function optimally.
