Kourtney Kardashian: Make your own baby food

Health conscious mom Kourtney Karashian is very strict about what her children, Mason, Penelope and Reign, put in their mouth.

While she does allow occasional treats like ice-cream, she is all about a healthy diet, which is why she insisted on making her own baby food.

“I steam and puree fruits and vegetables, and they last for like four days. Mason pretty much loves everything. I gave him red beets, and it got all over his face, which made the funniest picture. He also loves sweet potatoes, carrots and yams. Sometimes I mix pureed peaches, pears, bananas or apples with plain yogurt or an all-natural organic jelly,” she told Parents magazine after the birth of her first child.

Khloé Kardashian: Healthy co-parenting is possible

Khloé Kardashian was heartbroken when she found out that her partner Tristan Thompson was cheating on her – again. But she hasn’t let that get in the way of his relationship with their daughter, True. Khloé goes out of her way to make sure True and her father spend quality time together.

Kourtney told Us Weekly that she learned how to co-parent from her sister Kourtney and her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.

“I definitely take a lot of learning [and] tips from Scott and Kourtney. They do such a seamless job at it, but I’m still… fresh,” she said.

It might not always be a perfect co-parenting relationship but Khloé does her best to ensure True spends enough time with her dad.
