Make a serious attempt

If you have seriously made up your mind to quit smoking, stay focused and give it all you have! It may not be as easy as you may initially think but don’t allow yourself to fall off the wagon.

Consider setting a specific date as to when you want to stop and do whatever is necessary to help you achieve your goal. For example, choose not to be in the company of others when they are having a cigarette and avoid going to shops that may sell smoking products or items.
