Hummus is a paste made from chickpeas, tahini (sesame seeds), garlic and olive oil (aka healthy things), and is a wonderful food to use as a dip for veggie pieces.

So cut up carrots, cucumbers, broccoli and other veg you like, and use the hummus to flavour them. Hummus is really good for you, too, because the chickpeas are great for your blood pressure and cholesterol.

You’ll also love that yogurt can be a breakfast food, a snack, or a dressing – it all just depends on how you choose to use it. Plus, it’s not expensive.
