DJ Zinhle found herself trending for the umpteenth time in 2019. This came about after the mother of one was spotted with Jessica Nkosi

If there’s one person who knows how to get people just by minding her own business, it’s probably DJ Zinhle.

When AKA broke up with Bonang Matheba, it was Zinhle who made headlines. When Enhle Mbali invited the DJ onto her new show, Sincerely Yours, it was Zinhle who out-trended her host. And this week when she danced alongside Jessica Nkosi, who recently broke up with her baby daddy over accusations of cheating, somehow it was Zinhle who received the lion’s share of the attention on Twitter.

Jessica Nkosi is in an understandably fragile condition right now. The actress announced the split from her baby daddy TK Dlamini after her followers sent her pictures of the Uzalo star getting a little too cosy with another woman. During times like these, it makes sense that she would need a shoulder to lean/cry on and Zinhle provided that shoulder when she hung out with the Isibaya actress and shared the video on Instagram stories.

The song in the background, Stefflon Don’s Hurtin’ Me, is admittedly a bitter-break-up anthem and once tweeps caught wind of the video, they wasted no time in making noise about Jessica and Zinhle’s link-up. However, many people seemed to be focusing on Zinhle – claiming that women seem to ‘run to her’ after they’ve been cheated on.

However, DJ Zinhle’s fans refused to watch their fav’s name dragged through the mud without basis and they stood up for the Umlilo hitmaker

Not only did her tweeps condemn the bullying, but they urged her haters to focus on her music instead.

DJ Zinhle did not cave in to the negativity but she did hit back in a subtle manner when she not only silenced her haters with a hot picture, but stood up for her friend Jessica in the process.

Do you think that South African Twitter likes to bully DJ Zinhle for no reason?
