Prioritise activities on a to-do list

Consider creating a to-do list of all the tasks and things that you need to do. Take a closer look at the list and rearrange the items with the most important ones and/ or the items that need to be done before others at the top.

When doing this, it is important to remember that sometimes you will not be able to take on too many tasks. Do not be afraid to ask for help and delegate where necessary. Similarly, avoid overwhelming yourself by aiming to complete too many tasks within a short period of time.
