4. You chop and change programmes

If you have no set programme that you’re following, or you change programme every time you read a fancy-sounding new one, then need an adjustment.

You see, ideally you want to stick to a programme for three or four months to get the full benefits of it. You will also then be able to tell whether or not it worked for you.

Hint: You’re probably changing programme, hoping that the new one will be better, easier and more magical than the one before. It won’t! You’ll get ‘magical’ results when you stick to the programme diligently, together with your eating programme. Hard work is the only way ‘magic’ happens.
