A mother who lost a twin at 24 weeks has invented a touching way of helping bereaved parents

At just 24 weeks pregnant, Lottie King went into premature labour. Sadly; one of the twins she gave birth to (named Leo), passed away after living for just a few hours.

In the midst of her grief, she invented the ‘Heartbeat bear’; to help other bereaved parents. Each teddy plays a recording of a lost child’s heartbeat.

The young mom is currently raising money to provide grieving families with her cuddly animals through her charity, Leo’s Neo Natal.
