Never forget to apply sunscreen

Don’t forget to apply sunscreen daily as it offers some protection to your skin by helping to prevent cancer and sunburns.  It may also help to prevent your skin from becoming dry and dehydrated, thus helping to keep it looking youthful. You should still hydrate adequately with water nevertheless.

Find a sunscreen that meets your needs. Note that there are several brands available on the market, some for adults, others for children. Sunscreens may be available in a cream, lotion or spray form.  If you are spending a day out at the beach or in sunlight, you may need to reapply the product.
