You can increase your physical activity by including some yoga in your workout schedule.

If you are bored with engaging in the same old workout routine, day after day, week after week, why not spice it up a little? Consider allocating some time to engage in yoga.

Yoga is a wonderful way to increase the amount of physical activity that you are engaging in. It can help to increase flexibility and fitness whilst burning calories. In addition, it can provide some relief from stress.

Consider joining a yoga class in your area, if you don’t already belong to one. Alternatively, purchase a book or DVD and practise this form of exercise in the comfort of your own home. You could perhaps also see a yoga instructor if you need assistance in performing any specific postures or exercises properly.

Experiencing discomfort?

Always stop if you experience any discomfort or pain, especially if you are new to this kind of activity. Do not expect to perform every yoga posture precisely the first time around. You will learn and be more comfortable as you do it more often.
