Have meals timeously

Try having meals and snacks at a similar time daily. Avoid eating on the go and in a hurry. Take some time to sit down and enjoy your meals. Remember that you also run a greater risk of choking if you gobble your meals without chewing the food properly.

Drink water!

Don’t forget to consume water throughout the day as this is one of the simplest things that you can do to promote good digestive health.
