Quit smoking and, if possible, caffeine and alcohol too
Consuming excessive amounts of alcohol and caffeine can have many negative effects on the body. Apart from leaving you dehydrated for example, caffeine and alcohol can also disrupt your digestive health. Sometimes these may even lead to other, more serious health conditions such as acid reflux and stomach ulcers.
The same can be said for smoking.
Cut down on these bad habits until you are able to quit. Your digestive health will reap the benefits!
