Stress management

High stress levels can affect your digestive health too. Take action and find effective ways to help you cope better and manage your stress levels more effectively. You could engage in activities or hobbies that you enjoy, or perhaps even learn a new skill.

If you love the outdoors, spend time in nature, take a walk or go for a run. The boost of endorphins will leave you feeling great and may help you to tackle the challenges that lie ahead in a much calmer manner.

If you cannot seem to find any relief for your high stress levels, see a professional counsellor. Alternatively, consult your doctor for a recommendation.
