Food preparation

Washing your hands thoroughly before handling food is always a must! Note that apart from your hands, kitchen utensils that you will be using during and after the food preparation process should also be thoroughly cleaned. Such items may include, knives, spoons, cutting boards etc.

Similarly, wash fresh foods sufficiently after cutting and cleaning them. Remember that some foods will be eaten in their raw state, for example, apples, so a good wash will be needed.
