Deal with depression and anxiety

Take charge of your life or help a loved one if you feel that they are experiencing depression or anxiety about something. Avoiding it will not make it go away. Instead it can become more severe and coping may become even more difficult. It could lead to suicidal thoughts.

Ask your loved one if they want to share what’s on their mind. Support him or her and let them know that they are not alone and that the way they are feeling won’t last forever.  Reassure them that they will feel better. It will make a world of difference to them.
