Protect your nails
Protect the health of your nails by covering them up when engaging in activities that may harm or weaken them. For example, wear washing gloves when washing the dishes or exposing your hands and nails to any detergents and chemicals.
Similarly, wear gloves when out on cold days to prevent your hands from getting cold and becoming dry. Moisturise them and give them the nourishment that they deserve.
Your nails can be protected by applying a base coat to them. This will also help to strengthen them if they are weak or brittle. Opt for a base coat that is gentle on your nails and does not contain harsh chemicals.
