So you want to start a healthy diet and weight-loss plan? You’ve read all the info, but you’ve also come up with a whole host of reasons why you CANNOT possibly start TODAY
But the sad reality is, life’s complicated, and that’s not going to change. So instead of waiting for the ‘perfect day’ that will never arrive, maybe you should start NOW. Start walking in the direction you want to go in, so that you’re not left standing in the exact same place (or even a few steps backwards!) this time next year.

Here are some helpful reasons to STOP waiting for the perfect time to start your diet, and rather do it NOW…
1. You have to start sometime
In order to do a diet, you have to BEGIN to do the diet, and ‘beginning’ means following the rules of the diet. But that doesn’t mean you have to be able to follow it 100% to get good results. If you can follow 80 or 90 percent of the plan, then you’re doing great! Get going. Chances are, you’ll begin to see results regardless of whether you’re doing it perfectly or not, and that will encourage you to make an extra effort.
