Coconut mielie meal porridge

Growing up in a South African home usually means waking up to the smell of buttery mielie meal porridge.

Most people usually just add a teaspoon of butter and peanut butter to their hot mielie but not Siba – she likes to step it up in the kitchen. Her coconut-and-peanut butter mieliepap would make a Michelin chef’s mouth water.
